History of Our Company

  • Establishment of PT. I FLEX as a Representative Office of I FLEX ASIA PACIFIC, Co. Ltd headquartered in Singapore, with 80% foreign ownership and 20% local ownership.

    2007

  • Change of name to PT. I FLEX INDONESIA with 98% local ownership, 2% Singapore ownership, and the establishment of a converting facility in Tangerang.

    2008

  • PT. I FLEX INDONESIA appointed as the Sole Agent for ALCOA Group Company for aluminum sales in Indonesia.

    2010

  • Establishment of a medical packaging facility by PT. I FLEX INDONESIA in Tangerang.

    2011

  • Establishment of a facility for conversion in Semarang by PT. I FLEX INDONESIA.

    2013

  • Establishment of a converting facility in Gresik, East Java, by PT. I FLEX INDONESIA.

    2015

  • Establishment of a facility for tea and coffee under PT. Tan Baron Indonesia by I FLEX GROUPS.

    2016

  • Acquisition of 40% of the shares from Security Packing Company Limited in China by I FLEX GROUPS.
